本文针对目前大量音乐专业毕业生闲置,而广大农村中小学音乐教师严重匮乏的现象,经过实际走访调查,探究出其主要原因:音乐教师地位低下、教学设施简陋和工资福利待遇差,并从革新音乐教育观念和加大资金设入两方面提出建议,以期切实改善农村音乐教师的工作环境。 In view of the fact that a large number of music graduates are currently idle and the majority of rural primary and secondary school teachers are seriously deprived of music, after investigations and investigations, they explored the main reasons: the low status of music teachers, poor teaching facilities, poor salary and welfare benefits, and innovations.
