目的:确定常用3种物理方法对乙型肝炎病毒消毒的可靠性。方法:将HBV分别置于滤纸样本和镀膜铜网上,采用紫外线、远红外线和压力蒸气消毒7min、15min和30min。经固相放射免疫法和电镜检测。结果:在消毒7min和15min时,3种方法均不能灭活乙肝病毒,消毒30min时,压力蒸气在112℃可完全灭活HBV;紫外线、远红外线仍不能完全灭活乙肝病毒。结论:消毒方法的选择,对控制医源性乙型肝炎传播有重要作用。
Objective: To determine the reliability of three commonly used physical methods for disinfection of hepatitis B virus. Methods: The HBV were placed on the filter paper and coated copper mesh, using UV, far infrared and pressure steam sterilization 7min, 15min and 30min. The solid-phase radioimmunoassay and electron microscopy. Results: During the 7min and 15min disinfection, none of the three methods could inactivate hepatitis B virus. When sterilized for 30min, the pressure steam could completely inactivate HBV at 112 ℃. Ultraviolet and far infrared could not completely inactivate hepatitis B virus. Conclusion: The choice of disinfection methods plays an important role in controlling the spread of iatrogenic hepatitis B.
