[目的]探讨汶川地震7个月后中学生的心理健康状况。[方法]分别从四川绵竹和安县共4所中学整群抽取472名中学生,采用症状自评量表进行评估。[结果]38.8%的中学生存在各种明显的心理健康问题;震区中学生与国内中学生常模在人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对和恐怖4个因子得分上的差异有统计学意义;男生与女生在恐怖因子得分上的差异有统计学意义;不同年级在人际关系敏感、抑郁、恐怖、偏执、精神病性5个因子得分上的差异具有统计学意义。[结论]地震灾害给中学生造成严重心理创伤,其心理健康问题不容忽视。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the mental health status of middle school students seven months after Wenchuan earthquake. [Method] A total of 472 middle school students were selected from 4 middle schools in Mianzhu and Anxian of Sichuan Province, respectively, and evaluated by self-rating symptom scale. [Results] There were significant mental health problems in 38.8% of middle school students. There were statistically significant differences in the score of four factors of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility and horror among middle school students and middle school students in quake-stricken area. There were significant differences in the scores of terrorist factors. The scores of five factors in different grades in the interpersonal sensitivity, depression, terror, paranoid and psychosis were statistically significant. [Conclusion] The earthquake disaster caused severe psychological trauma to middle school students, and its mental health problems should not be neglected.
