观察 2型糖尿病患者深呼吸时RR间期改变 ,探寻心脏自主神经功能受损的非侵入性检查方法。深呼吸时记录心电图 ,观察 1 64例 2型糖尿病RR间期改变 ,1 4 2名健康人为对照组。结果 :观察组平均RR间期、深呼气最大RR间期均较对照组缩短 (分别为 0 .77± 0 .1 3vs 0 .80± 0 .1 1s,0 .82± 0 .1 7vs 0 .86± 0 .1 3s ,P均 <0 .0 5)。结论 :2型糖尿病患者深呼吸时RR间期改变间接反映糖尿病心脏自主神经功能受损
To observe the changes of RR interval during deep breathing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus to explore the noninvasive examination methods of impaired cardiac autonomic nervous function. When taking a deep breath, the electrocardiogram was recorded. The changes of RR interval in 164 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were observed. One hundred and twenty-two healthy people were control group. Results: The mean RR interval and the maximum RR interval of deep expiration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (0 .77 ± 0.13 vs 0.80 ± 0.1 1s, 0.82 ± 0.17 vs 0 .86 ± 0 .1 3s, P <0.05). Conclusion: The changes of RR interval during deep breathing in patients with type 2 diabetes indirectly reflect the impaired autonomic function of diabetic heart
