作为“兵头将尾”的班主任教师,既是学校实施教育教学管理的有生力量和得力助手,又是学生班集体活动的组织者和主导者,更是学生全面发展与健康成长的引领者和促进者。对于学生及其班集体来说,班主任教师的自身修养、教育水平和工作能力等,往往能够发挥不容忽视且无可替代的重要作用。“有什么样的班主任,就会有什么样的学生班集体”——这无疑是对班主任教师工作的形象性概括和艺术性要求。小学教育是人生之旅的奠基铺路工程,这一阶段更是初步培养学生能力与素养、思想与价值观的原始黄金时期,因此说,小学班主任的教育水平和管理艺术显得尤为突出。笔者结合自身工作的实践与思考,不揣简单与浅陋,试对此作出一些抛砖引玉之论。

The author combines his own work practices and thinking, does not hides simple and shallow, try to make some on this theory.
