随着城市化建设的不断推进,我国的社会经济水平有了进一步的提升,居民对日常生活质量的要求也越来越高。供电服务质量是影响居民生活质量的重要因素,为了满足日益增长的用电需求,必须加快推动供电业务的分层,对供电服务进行合理安排。就现阶段而言,电力通信业务需求量越来越大,对于供电企业来说,增加了管理工作的难度和压力,不断增加的信令交换也使得信道通信过程中出现网络拥塞,严重影响了电力通信服务质量,与现代化智能电网发展模式相矛盾。为了有效解决这一问题,很多电力企业都开始在智能电网电力通信系统中应用分组传送网技术。
