基于耦合多元合金两相区凝固计算的板坯连铸凝固传热数学模型,并采用以恒定间距方式进行离散化的切片单元法,开发了板坯连铸实时跟踪动态控制模型CCPS ONLINE,模型包含三个重要的功能模块,即:实时跟踪仿真分析模块、二冷水动态控制模块和轻压下动态控制模块,可根据合理的冶金准则,并结合铸坯的在线跟踪信息,对板坯连铸浇注过程中的关键工艺参数(二冷水量、扇形段辊缝)进行动态调整,以获得稳定可靠的浇注工艺条件和良好的铸坯质量。模型已成功投入工业应用,现场生产情况和相关测试工作表明,其控制算法合理、仿真精度良好,具有较高的可靠性和很强的实用性,可以在板坯连铸工业生产中推广应用。
Based on the mathematical model of solidification and heat transfer in slab continuous casting coupled with the solidification of two-phase region of multi-element alloy and adopting the slice element method of discretization with constant spacing, CCPS ONLINE, a real-time tracking control model of slab continuous casting, was developed. The model contains Three important functional modules, namely: real-time tracking simulation analysis module, the second cold water dynamic control module and the soft reduction dynamic control module, can be based on reasonable metallurgical rules, combined with the online tracking of slab, continuous casting of slab During the process of the key process parameters (two cold water, sector roll gap) for dynamic adjustment in order to obtain a stable and reliable casting process conditions and good slab quality. The model has been successfully put into industrial application. The on-site production and related test work show that the control algorithm is reasonable, the simulation accuracy is good, the reliability and the strong practicability can be popularized and applied in the industrial production of slab continuous casting.
