采用计算流体力学方法,对热镀锌锌锅内的锌液流动行为进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明,锌锭表面附近形成低温锌液区域,该区域的锌液温度比锌锅内的锌液平均温度低5~10℃。锌锭表面附近的低温锌液通过旋涡运动从锌锭附近流向带钢和沉没辊。而在锌锭和带钢之间增加的锌锅挡板能够有效阻挡低温锌液的流动。
The flow behavior of zinc liquid in hot dip galvanizing zinc pot was numerically simulated by computational fluid dynamics. The results show that a low temperature zinc liquid region is formed near the surface of the zinc ingot. The temperature of the zinc liquid in the region is 5-10 ° C. lower than the average temperature of the zinc liquid in the zinc pot. Low-temperature zinc liquid near the surface of the ingot flows from the vicinity of the ingot to the steel strip and the sink roll through swirling motion. The increase in zinc ingot and strip between the zinc pot baffle can effectively block the flow of low-temperature zinc liquid.
