建立了自动卷管机送纸机构优化设计的数学模型 ,并应用计算机技术对该机构进行了优化计算 ,还利用高速摄影技术对按照优化设计参数制造的机构进行了动态分析 ,结果表明 ,该送纸机构的运动规律满足设计要求 ,达到了预期的设计目的。
The mathematic model of the optimal design of the paper feeding mechanism of the automatic winding machine is set up and the mechanism is optimized and calculated by using the computer technology. The mechanism of the optimized design parameters is also analyzed by using the high-speed photography technology. The results show that the sending Paper body movement rules to meet the design requirements, to achieve the desired design purpose.
