In order to promote the pace of modernization of preschool education in our city and increase the reform of quality education in kindergarten, with the strong support from the pre-school education department of the Municipal Education Commission, the Preschool Education Research Office of the Municipal Institute of Educational Research was held in March-April 1999 “Kindergarten Education Design and Implementation of” teaching and research backbone training class.
