本文针对自锚式悬索桥的特点介绍了宽幅钢箱梁顶推施工工艺,通过理论计算比较分析宽幅钢箱梁顶推时内力状况的控制因素,从而对顶推方案进行比选优化。根据优化情况对钢箱梁最不利状态下的局部应力和屈曲模态进行有限元分析计算,总结了自锚式悬索桥宽幅钢箱梁顶推施工的优化途径,对今后同类桥梁顶推施工具有一定的参考意义。
In this paper, based on the characteristics of self-anchored suspension bridge, the construction technology of wide-angle steel box girder is introduced. The control factors of the internal force state when the wide-width steel box girder is pushing are theoretically calculated and compared. According to the optimization, the local stress and buckling modes under the most unfavorable state of the steel box girder are analyzed and calculated by finite element method. The optimization methods of jacking construction of wide steel box girder with self-anchored suspension bridge are summarized. Certain reference meaning.
