Most are from a technical point of view of the future development of transport to express their views. But S. Potter and M.J. Skinner did not. They believe that although technological approaches are instrumental, they are not sufficient to reduce the harm to a level that the environment can afford. In the March-April 2000 issue of the U.S. magazine Future magazine, they published an article on Transport Integration and put forward other solutions. The article believes that the strategy of using integrated transport is the way out. This strategy will consider health, urban renewal and education in planning traffic
