在非离子表面活性剂存在下,锗与邻氯苯基荧光酮的胶束增敏显色反应。提出了邻氯苯基荧光酮——Zeph 分光光度法测定锗的方法。络合物的最大吸收波长为512nm。锗含量在0～5μg/25ml 符合比尔定律。摩尔吸光系数为1.60×10~5。络合物的组成为 Ge:ClPF=1:3。用于样品的测定,结果满意。
Micellar Sensitized Color Reaction of Germanium with o-Chlorophenylfluorone in the Presence of Nonionic Surfactants. A method for the determination of germanium with ortho-chlorophenylfluorone-Zeph spectrophotometry was proposed. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is 512 nm. Germanium content in the 0 ~ 5μg / 25ml Beer’s law. Molar absorption coefficient of 1.60 × 10 ~ 5. The composition of the complex is Ge: ClPF = 1: 3. For the determination of the sample, the results are satisfactory.
