【目的】明晰目前我国优先数字出版的发展研究现状以及存在的主要问题。【方法】对我国优先数字出版的相关文献进行调研,并通过知网的相关数据进行统计分析。【结果】我国优先数字出版近年来发展迅速,但期刊行业对优先数字出版认识非常模糊,且存在着较为严重的问题,如其对期刊影响因子的影响、期刊固定页码制度限制等。【结论】与国外相比目前我国的优先数字出版形式并不是真正意义的优先数字出版,与传统的“三审三校”制度如何很好的融合以缩短出版时滞将成为需要尽快解决的问题;我国优先数字出版模式的发展还受到行业标准及相关法律法规的跟进限制。
【Objective】 To clarify the status quo and main problems of the current development of digital publishing in our country. 【Method】 The relevant literature of our country’s prioritized digital publication was investigated and analyzed through the statistical data of the relevant websites. 【Result】 The priority digital publication in our country has been developing rapidly in recent years. However, the journal industry has a very vague understanding of the priority digital publication, and there are more serious problems such as its impact on the influential factors of periodicals and the restriction of the periodical fixed page number system. 【Conclusion】 At present, compared with foreign countries, the priority digital publication format in our country is not the priority digital publication in the real sense. How to integrate the traditional system of “three exams and three schools” so as to shorten the publication delay will be the need to be solved as soon as possible The development of our country’s priority digital publishing model is also subject to follow-up restrictions by industry standards and related laws and regulations.
