本文系鞍钢32家主体工厂74625名男职工白血病、恶性淋巴瘤的死亡调查。23年(1971~1993)间共死亡癌症病人2864例,其中白血病76例,恶性淋巴瘤62例,分别占全癌2.65%和2.16%,居第六、八位。分析了白血病和恶性淋巴瘤的死亡率,截缩死亡率,标化死亡率(SDR)和标化死亡比(SMR),死亡率与年龄、年历的关系等。研究结果表明死亡率是随年龄的增长而增高,并且呈逐年增高趋势。白血病SMR为P>0.05,恶性淋巴瘤在全体样本人群中超量(P<0.05),而在各类型工厂人群中基本不超量。但白血病和恶性淋巴瘤的死亡率均高于国内高发地区。其原因还不能说明与职业有害因素有明显的联系,尚待进一步研究。
This article is Anshan Iron and Steel 32 main factory 74,625 male workers in the investigation of the death of leukemia, malignant lymphoma. In the 23 years (1971 ~ 1993) there were 2,864 death cancer patients, of which 76 were leukemia and 62 were malignant lymphomas, accounting for 2.65% and 2.16% of total cancers, respectively, ranking sixth and eighth. Analysis of the leukemia and malignant lymphoma mortality, truncated mortality, standardized mortality (SDR) and the standardized death rate (SMR), mortality and age, the relationship between the calendar. The results show that the mortality rate increases with age, and showed an upward trend year by year. Leukemia SMR was P> 0.05. Malignant lymphoma was overabundant in all sample population (P <0.05), but not excessive in all types of factory population. However, the leukemia and malignant lymphoma mortality were higher than the high incidence of domestic areas. The reason can not explain the obvious relationship with occupational harmful factors, yet to be further studied.
