泪小管、泪总管阻塞性泪溢.在眼科门诊比较常见。目前采用的治疗方法有泪道探通术、泪道挂线术、泪道置管术。我科从1985～1998年将健康自然发丝酒精浸泡消毒后植入泪道,治疗泪小管、泪总管阻塞,资料记录完整的有52例56只眼,治愈51只眼,治愈率91％。现报道如下。 1 一般资料 在1985年10月到1998年7月我院门诊确诊的泪小管、泪总管阻塞性泪溢患者中,随机选择52例56只限作为观察组用发丝植入泪道治疗泪小管、泪总管阻塞,其中女43例,男9例,年龄20～80岁,平均49.6岁,单眼48例,双眼4例,泪小管阻塞34
