杏鲍菇学名中 Pleurotus eryngii(Dc.:Fr)Quel。其体态肥长,菇柄粗壮平滑,直径 2.5～3cm,长10～15cm;菇盖4～6cm,中间稍凹,菌褶延生,纹顺。由于色泽雪白,被称雪茸,又因含有杏仁香味,日本人把它称为香口蘑,是近年来新开发的珍稀菇种。福建省古田县近年来从国外引种试验栽培,已掌握了特征,并投入商业性生产。 杏鲍菇肉质脆嫩,常食可预防心血管疾病,糖尿病及肥胖症,且有整肠美容等保健功能.因此投放市场,深受国内外消费者青眯,成为时尚山珍.鲜菇售价每公斤12～16 元,成为食用菌产业中前途广,效益高的姣姣者。 下面介绍杏鲍菇室内外栽培高产“六要诀”: 一、选择最佳栽培季节:杏鲍菇属于中温偏低的菌类。菌丝生长最适温度为 23℃～25℃,出菇最适温度为12℃～18℃。根据其菌温特征的要求,栽培季节南方宜在10月下旬接种,经发苗培养45～50天,至12月上旬进入出菇。北方10月上旬接种,利用蔬菜大棚栽培,冬季照常出菇。 二、科学配制培养基:杏鲍菇适应性很强,栽培原料杂木屑、棉籽壳、玉米芯、甘蔗渣等均可。常用配方有:(1)杂木屑 77％,麦麸或米糠 16％,玉米粉5％,食糖1％,石膏粉 1％:(2)棉籽壳46％,杂木屑35％,麦麸15％,玉米粉2％、碳酸钙 1％,食糖 1％;(3)玉米芯 50％,棉籽壳 30％,麦麸15％,玉米粉3％,食糖1
