深圳经济特区由于实行特殊的政策和灵活措施,市场机制逐步完善,商品经济发展迅速,现行的全国统计制度和方法已很难适应特区的需要.为了尽快建立同特区发展外向型经济和市场经济相适应的统计调查方法,我们在满足国家统计要求的前提下,借鉴香港地区的统计工作经验,采纳东西方两种核算体系中的合理因素,积极进行统计制度方法改革,取得了一定效果.
Due to the implementation of special policies and flexible measures, the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone has been gradually improving its market mechanism and the commodity economy has developed rapidly. The current national statistical system and method have hardly been adapted to the needs of the special economic zones. In order to establish the special economic zones and develop the export-oriented economy and the market economy as soon as possible, Adapting to the methods of statistical survey, we have made some achievements by adopting the statistical work experience of Hong Kong, adopting the reasonable factors in the two accounting systems of East and West, and actively carrying out the reform of the statistical system under the premise of meeting the requirements of national statistics.
