压铸模与冲模等其它模具相比,制造周期长(2~3月)、精度高(2~4级)、成本贵(2~3千元),有些压铸模制造周期甚至长达半年,成本一万多元。由此可见,一副压铸模和一台普通机床价值相当。每台机床出厂均有包括性能、使用要求等内容的说明书。但压铸模,据我所知,没有一个厂有说明书(国外称为压铸模技术档案)。因此,目前各厂普遍存在压铸模管理混乱、质量和安全事故频繁、事故责任不清、使用寿命短等问题。为克服这些弊端,国外如瑞士、西德等,对每副压铸模都建立了技术档案。 技术档案包括以下几个部分:
