光学仪器中,平面反射镜系的调整是较困难的,现介绍一种直观调校法,该方法实质是用激光束来体现平面系的光轴。具体做法是: 用普通的氦氖激光管代替仪器灯泡照明光路,在每个平面镜的反射面正中央,点上一点白色的广告色(用来给激光束定位),然后依次调整各个反射镜。最后,当细激光束能够射到每个反射镜的正中央时,则整个系统就调好了。例如,中国计量院计量标准仪器厂生产的等厚干涉仪的光学系统(见图)。调整时,由
