在企业的经营发展过程中,档案管理工作发挥了重要的作用,为企业领导制定经营决策提供了重要的信息依据,为企业中人力资源工作的顺利开展创造了有利的条件。但是现阶段很多的企业没有意识到档案管理工作的重要性,导致档案管理工作效率低下,无法发挥应有的作用,影响到档案管理工作的进一步开展。文章对于档案管理工作中存在的问题进行了分析,然后提出了解决的对策,对档案管理工作功能的开发具有重要的意义。
In the course of business development, the archives management has played an important role, providing important information basis for business leaders to make business decisions, and creating favorable conditions for the smooth development of human resources in the enterprise. However, many enterprises at this stage do not realize the importance of file management, resulting in inefficient file management and failure to play their due role and affect the further development of file management. The article analyzes the problems existing in file management and then proposes countermeasures. It is of great significance to the development of file management functions.
