运用OM、SEM、硬度和拉伸试验研究了Y含量对Mg-4wt%Gd合金固溶和时效行为的影响。结果表明:在Mg-4Gd合金中添加一定量的Y时,明显细化了α(Mg)晶粒,增加了第二相数量,提高合金的硬度、抗拉强度和伸长率。随Y含量的增加,合金固溶时的平衡硬度逐渐增大,在175~225℃时效硬化效果更好,但时效温度对合金的峰值时效时间没有明显的影响。
The effects of Y content on the solution and aging behavior of Mg-4wt% Gd alloy were investigated by OM, SEM, hardness and tensile tests. The results show that when a certain amount of Y is added to Mg-4Gd alloy, α (Mg) grains are obviously refined, the number of second phase is increased, and the hardness, tensile strength and elongation of the alloy are increased. With the increase of Y content, the equilibrium hardness of the alloy increases gradually after solution treatment, and the aging hardening effect is better at 175-225 ℃, but the aging temperature has no obvious effect on the peak aging time.
