近年来,我们坚持把订好、学好、用好《中国国防报》和《中国民兵》等国防报刊作为指导民兵和预备役建设、落实民兵政治教育、普及全民国防知识和传播先进文化的一项群众性、社会性的工作来抓,取得了理想的效果。2002年,全市共订阅《中国国防报》893份,《中国民兵》杂志251份。《中国国防报》千人订报率达到1.3,做到了横向到行业、到领导,纵向到车间、到村组。我们的主要做法是:注重持之以恒地抓好以《中国国防报》、《中国民兵》为龙头的国防报刊订阅工作的落实,做到了“四个到位”。
