目的探讨生长抑素辅助治疗上消化道大出血的临床疗效。方法采用生长抑素联合泮托拉唑治疗36例上消化道大出血患者,并与单独使用泮托拉唑的对照组进行疗效比较。结果治疗组在生长抑素辅助下联合泮托拉唑治疗上消化道大出血的临床疗效明显优于单独使用泮托拉唑的对照组。结论在生长抑素辅助下联合泮托拉唑治疗上消化道大出血的疗效是迅速而肯定的,并且使用方便安全,实为上消化道大出血内科治疗的有效措施之一。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of somatostatin in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 36 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were treated with somatostatin combined with pantoprazole and compared with the control group treated with pantoprazole alone. Results The clinical efficacy of the combination of somatostatin and pantoprazole in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group treated with pantoprazole alone. Conclusion The combination of somatostatin and pantoprazole in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding is rapid and positive, and it is convenient and safe to use. It is one of the effective measures for medical treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
