企业文化是一门新兴的管理科学。它作为一种管理理论是现代企业管理的新模式和新阶段,是企业的经营管理与社会文化互相渗透的产物。企业文化应包含五个层次:一是平常人们讲的,从两方面(软性管理和硬性管理)引进的一种管理企业的新经验;二是企业经营文化和管理文化;三是目的在于提高企业员工文化修养和丰富充实企业员工文化生活的文化;四是企业文化为社会文化作贡献;五是企业文化的目的在于提高企业对宏观环境的认识以及参与宏观决策意识的文化。
