应用地高辛标记的P ̄(53)、c-myccDNA探针对21例胆囊癌石腊切片上的mRNA进行原泣杂交。结果表明c-myc和P ̄(53)mRNA的表达均位于细胞核内。c-myc和P ̄(53)mRNA在胆囊癌的表达率分别为66.6%和57.1%,在癌周正常组织中没有c-myc、P ̄(53)mRNA的表达。c-myc、P ̄(53)mRNA表达的强度和胆囊癌的原发肿瘤大小,有无淋巴结转移及远处转移有关。分期越晚,表达率越高。有淋巴结转移者高于无转移者。P ̄(53)mRNA表达的阳性率和胆囊癌的分化程度无关;而c-mycmRNA的表达和分化程度有关,分化越差,表达率越高。
Digoxigenin-labeled P53 and c-myccDNA probes were used to perform the original weeping hybridization on mRNA in 21 gallbladder cancer paraffin sections. The results showed that the expression of both c-myc and P53 mRNA was located in the nucleus. The expression rates of c-myc and P ̄(53) mRNA in gallbladder carcinoma were 66.6% and 57.1%, respectively. There was no expression of c-myc and P ̄ (53) mRNA in normal tissue around the cancer. The intensity of c-myc and P ̄ (53) mRNA expression was related to the size of the primary tumor of gallbladder carcinoma and whether there was lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. The later the period, the higher the rate of expression. Patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without metastasis. The positive rate of P ̄ (53) mRNA expression was not related to the degree of differentiation of gallbladder carcinoma. The expression of c-myc mRNA was related to the degree of differentiation. The poorer the differentiation, the higher the expression rate.
