家兔从妊娠第1天开始,每天灌服炔诺酮肟4mg/kg,连续3天,第9天处死。取子宫作HE、PAS、ACP、AKP及SDH染色。结果表明,炔诺酮肟呈明显的抗着床作用。光镜观察,子宫内膜呈退行性改变,蜕膜化减弱。组织化学染色,AKP活性减弱(P<0.05),糖原含量下降(P<0.01),ACP及SDH活性无明显变化。提示:给药后子宫内膜生长发育受抑制、代谢降低,致使胚泡与子宫内膜不能同步,可能与抗着床机理有关。
Rabbits from the first day of pregnancy, norethisterone oxime 4mg / kg daily for 3 days, the first 9 days were sacrificed. Take the uterus for HE, PAS, ACP, AKP and SDH staining. The results showed that norethisterone oxime showed a significant anti-implantation effect. Light microscopy showed that the endometrium was degenerative changes, decidualization weakened. Histochemical staining, AKP activity decreased (P <0.05), glycogen content decreased (P <0.01), ACP and SDH activity did not change significantly. Tip: after administration of endometrial growth and development by inhibition, reduced metabolism, resulting in blastocyst and endometrial can not be synchronized, may be related to anti-implantation mechanism.
