现代管理学,一般把科学管理作为企业管理的核心,认为管理主要是运用理性和科学保证企业用正确的方法做事,强调战略、计划、组织和流程管理,以求提高效率。其实,文化管理才是企业管理的核心。文化管理的功能在于,用企业的核心价值观凝聚员工、创造企业的个性,为企业发展提供目标、方向和动力,保证企业做正确的事。做正确的事远比用正确的方法做事重要,因为用正确的方法也可能做错事。
Modern management generally regards scientific management as the core of enterprise management. It believes that management mainly uses reason and science to ensure that enterprises work in the right way and emphasizes strategy, planning, organization and process management in order to improve efficiency. In fact, cultural management is the core of business management. The function of cultural management is to use the core values of the enterprise to unite employees, create the personality of the enterprise, provide the goal, direction and motivation for the development of the enterprise so as to ensure that the enterprise can do the right thing. It is more important to do the right thing than to do it the right way, because the wrong way can be done in the right way.
