以9个不育系和10个恢复系为材料配制了15个亲本遗传基础差异较大的籼型杂交组合,对各组合杂交稻米及相应不育系和恢复系的糊化温度进行了单粒分析。结果表明,籼型杂交稻米糊化温度的遗传受微效多基因控制,较高糊化温度对较低糊化温度存在着部分显性;籼型杂交稻米碱消值平均数与中亲值间没有显著差异,碱消值遗传方差和双亲碱消值差异间存在极显著的正相关。并对籼型杂交水稻稻米糊化温度研究方法和改良途径进行了讨论。
Nine male sterile lines and ten restorer lines were used as materials to prepare 15 indica hybrid combinations with large differences in their genetic basis. The gelatinization temperatures of the hybrid rice lines, analysis.
