由《中国厨师名人录》编委会组稿,经济日报出版社出版发行的《中国名师菜典》一书于今日正式出版发行。此书是在原《中国厨师名人录》的基础上,根据广大烹饪界朋友的要求,在广泛征求国内专家学者意见后编辑成书的。
The book entitled “Famous Chinese Cuisine Codebook” published and published by Economic Daily Press published and published today by the editorial board of “Chinese Cook Who’s Who”.
