目的探究急诊科应用隔离提示图应对疑似传染病患者的防护效果。方法选取医院急诊科55例医护人员为研究对象,遵从“标准预防”与“基本疾病传播途径的预防”的隔离原则,结合医院实际,制成隔离提示图,并对隔离提示图中相关隔离防护知识及正确应用进行培训;比较隔离提示图使用前(2015年1-12月)及使用后(2016年1-12月)急诊科医护人员对医院感染隔离知识的掌握程度、感染隔离操作流程的正确依从性以及接触疑似传染病感染患者后急诊科医护人员感染率。结果隔离提示图使用后急诊科医护人员对医院感染隔离知识的掌握程度98.18%明显高于使用前34.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.793,P<0.05),医护人员对感染隔离操作流程的依从性为94.55%,显著高于使用前依从性30.91%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.822,P<0.05);隔离提示图使用后医院急诊科接触疑似传染病感染患者的医护人员感染率为3.64%,明显低于使用前感染率14.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.916,P<0.05)。结论隔离提示图的使用有利于医护人员对医院感染隔离知识掌握,提高对医院感染隔离流程操作的依从性,从而有效降低医院感染率,对急诊科医护人员有着良好防护作用。
Objective To explore the protective effect of application of isolation cue map in emergency department to patients with suspected infectious diseases.
