2015年11月7日突如其来的大雾低云天气,使大连机场取消236个航班,滞留旅客7000余人,这是2015年大连机场遇到的最大一次航班延误。11月8日清晨,随着雾气逐渐消散,机场达到了适航标准,7时13分,第一架从北京飞来的航班降落在大连机场。大连机场本着航班延误服务不延误,安全第一的精神,现场干部、职工以高度负责的态度,加班加点保障旅客顺利出行。在各方努力和旅客的理解配合下,机场的乘机秩序忙而不乱,未发生一起旅客有效投诉。11月8日全天机场发送航班423班,比平时增加保障航班100余班,运送旅客5.1万人。凭借各部门的通力合作,大连机场圆满地完成了此次航延旅客输送工作。现场运营指挥中心于11月7日12点启动航班大面积黄色预
