4个陆地棉品种分做3个抗×感杂交组合,采用加性—显性遗传模型对黄萎病抗性进行遗传研究。结果表明,抗黄萎病性状适合加性—显性遗传模型,抗黄萎病基因之间既有累加作用,也有乘积性作用。3个组合基因的加性效应[d]值均明显大于基因的显性效应[h]值;组合间抗黄萎病性状的狭义遗传力差异较大。
Four Upland cotton cultivars were divided into three cross-resistant × susceptible crosses. The additive-dominance genetic model was used to study the resistance of Verticillium wilt. The results showed that the characters of Verticillium wilt resistant to Verticillium wilt were additive and dominance genetic models, and the genes of Verticillium wilt resistance were additive and multiplicative. The additive effect [d] values of the three combinations of genes were significantly greater than the dominant effect [h] of the genes. The narrow heritability of resistance to Verticillium wilt varied among combinations.
