目的 探讨二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者临床效果。方法选取PCOS不孕患者74例,按随机数表法分为两组各37例。对照组予以口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,观察组于此基础上予以二甲双胍缓释片治疗,均治疗3个月经周期。采用电化学发光法检测两组治疗前后血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、胰岛素水平,并对比两组排卵率及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗前,两组LH、FSH、T、胰岛素水平比较,P均>0.05,治疗后,观察组LH、T、胰岛素水平均低于治疗前且低于对照组,FSH高于治疗前且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);对照组LH、T均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组排卵率为86.48%(32/37)明显高于对照组的62.16%(23/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)观察组不良反应发生率为8.11%(3/37),对照组为5.41%(2/37),两组比较,χ2=0.000,P>0.05。结论 二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片可调节PCOS不孕患者激素水平,提高排卵率,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metformin combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablets in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods 74 infertile women with PCOS were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table. The control group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablets. The observation group was treated with metformin sustained-release tablets on the basis of the above, and all the patients were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. The levels of serum LH, FSH, T and insulin before and after treatment were detected by electrochemiluminescence. The ovulation rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, the levels of LH, FSH, T and insulin in the two groups were all> 0.05. After treatment, the levels of LH, T and insulin in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The LH and T in the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the ovulation rate in the observation group was 86.48% (32 / 37) was significantly higher than 62.16% (23/37) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.11% (3/37) and in the control group was 5.41% (2/37) ), Two groups, χ2 = 0.000, P> 0.05. Conclusions Metformin combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablets can regulate hormone levels in patients with PCOS infertility, improve ovulation rate, and have higher safety.
