在小鼠饲料中添加生化黄腐酸饲养3个月后,对小鼠进行腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验、血液巨噬细胞碳粒廓清试验、血细胞凝集效价和免疫器官指数测定试验。结果显示:与对照组相比,生化黄腐酸试验组巨噬细胞的吞噬指数、碳粒廓清指数和血细胞凝集效价及胸腺、脾脏指数均明显高于对照组。试验结果表明:生化黄腐酸可提高小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬能力,对机体非特异性免疫具有一定的促进作用。
After 3 months of feeding biochemical fulvic acid in mouse feed, mice were peritoneal macrophage phagocytosed chicken erythrocytes, blood macrophage carbon clearance test, hemagglutination titer and immune organ index test. The results showed that compared with the control group, the phagocytic index, carbon clearance index and hemagglutination titer of macrophages and thymus and spleen indexes of biochemical fulvic acid test group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The results showed that biochemical fulvic acid can increase the phagocytic capacity of mouse macrophages and promote the non-specific immunity of the mice.
