The MacArthur River Mine in Australia is developing a world-class large-scale layered lead-zinc-silver deposit. The mine has 40 years of history. Due to the geographical location, technical economy, mineral processing and smelting technologies, the deposit has been slow to develop and has been in a state of small-scale trial production. In recent years, with the use of advanced metallurgical technology, the concentrate produced by the mine is sold well in the world and its mining design capacity has reached 1.5 million t / a. The deposit is developed by using main and accessory ramps, house-keeping method and segmented mining, rock drilling and other mining processes for automation and trackless.
