我厂一段选别以前一直采用φ2000磁力脱水槽。1980和1981年先后在三、四选车间,进行了CTB-φ1050×2100永磁磁选机代替一段脱水槽的工业试验,试验取得了良好指标。在此基础上,1985年在三选车间4～6号系统安装了4台CTB-φ1050×2100永磁磁选机用于一段选别。生产以来设备运转正常,指标较好,经济效益显著。本文就该设备应用的生产效果作一介绍。
I chose a factory before paragraph φ2000 magnetic dehydration tank. In 1980 and 1981 successively in the three or four selected workshop, conducted a CTB-φ1050 × 2100 permanent magnetic separator instead of a dehydration section of the industrial test, the test achieved good indicators. On this basis, in 1985, 4 CTB-φ1050 × 2100 permanent magnetic separator machines were installed in the No.4 to No.6 system of the three-election workshop for one-stage sorting. Equipment operation is normal since the production, indicators are good, significant economic benefits. This article on the application of the equipment made an introduction to the effect.
