目的分析C反应蛋白(CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)等指标在2型糖尿病患者检测中的应用价值。方法通过将本院内分泌科收住入院患者167例设为观察组,设置同期健康体检者170例为对照组,同时检测并对比两组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果观察组和对照组在CRP、TC、TG、Hcy数值有统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组数值高于对照组。结论 2型糖尿病患者CRP、TC、TG、Hcy数值较正常人明显升高,CRP、TC、TG、Hcy的水平和2型糖尿病患者有显著相关性。
Objective To analyze the value of C-reactive protein (CRP), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and plasma homocysteine (Hcy) in the detection of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred and fourty-seven patients admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. One hundred and seventy healthy subjects were enrolled as the control group. The levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), total cholesterol (TC), glycerol Triester (TG), plasma homocysteine (Hcy) levels. Results There were significant differences in CRP, TC, TG and Hcy between the observation group and the control group (P <0.05), and the observation group was higher than the control group. Conclusions The levels of CRP, TC, TG and Hcy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are significantly higher than those in normal people, and the levels of CRP, TC, TG and Hcy are significantly correlated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
