试验表明,贝氏作组织的冲击韧性和断裂韧性分别比常规淬、回火的马氏体组织提高约2倍和65%,比相同温度回火的马氏体组织提高32.9%和19.64%。GCr15钢贝氏体等温淬火的轧机轴承,解决了原马氏体淬、回火工艺而造成的套圈开裂和挡边断裂问题。经使用考核,寿命可提高66.7%~79.6%。附图3幅,表3个,参考文献5篇。
The results show that the impact toughness and fracture toughness of Bainite are about 2 times and 65% higher than that of conventional quenched and tempered martensite, 32.9% and 19.9% higher than that of martensite tempered at the same temperature .64%.
