氧化球团是高炉炼铁的重要精料,生产过程中回转窑的温度直接影响氧化球团的质量,所以获得实时、准确的窑内温度对保证生产质量有着重要意义。本文提出了一种利用热工模型计算间接测得回转窑窑内温度的软测量方法,并详细介绍一次元件的硬件架构、热工模型及算法,并对其在工程项目中的应用作了说明。
Oxidized pellets are an important concentrate in blast furnace ironmaking. The temperature of the rotary kiln in the production process directly affects the quality of the oxidized pellets. Therefore, it is of great significance to obtain real-time and accurate temperature in the kiln to ensure the production quality. In this paper, a soft-sensing method for calculating indirectly measured temperature in a rotary kiln using a thermal model is presented. The hardware structure, thermal model and algorithm of the primary element are introduced in detail and its application to the project is illustrated .
