当前,我国的高等职业教育正处于快速发展时期,师资队伍建设已成为内涵建设的中心。大力发展高等职业教育,构建双师结构师资队伍,是提高高职院校教学质量的关键,也是高职院校建设、改革、发展的基础和保证。本文从双师素质内涵、双师素质教师培养途径进行探讨,目的在于强化双师教师素质,促进师资队伍整体素质的提高。 At present, the higher vocational education in our country is in a period of rapid development. The construction of teaching staff has become the center of connotation construction.
