当前,许多中学已经开始重视并着手开展学校心理健康教育,但心理健康教育对多数人来讲还是一个新课题,目前我国各类学校已积极开展学生心理健康教育,其主要形式有:学科渗透、个别咨询、集中讲座等。其中学科渗透是学校实施心理健康教育的一种十分重要的方法。如何培养学生良好的心理素质以促进学生整体素质的全面提高和个性的和谐发展已十分紧迫。本文主要从学科渗透的角度,结合自己的教学实践经验阐述在思想政治课教学中如何挖掘教材渗透心理健康教育问题。
At present, many middle schools have begun to attach importance to and embark on school mental health education, but mental health education is still a new topic for most people. At present, all types of schools in China have actively carried out mental health education for students. The main forms are: Individual consultations, lectures, etc. The subject penetration is a very important method for the school to implement mental health education.
