目的:研究在内科护理教学中应用临床病例导入方法的体会。方法:该研究选取2011级和2012级护理专业的学生128人,其中一个班有62人为对照组,另一个班有66人为观察组。对照组学生接受传统的教学方法,观察组学生接受病例导入式的教学方法,然后对比两组在调查问卷和课程考核中的差异,并通过软件SPSS11.5对所得到的数据进行处理和分析。结果:对观察组实施病例导入式教学方法后,学生的在课堂上的表现和考试成绩都比对照组显著要高,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:将临床病例导入式的教学方法会对学生对学习的主动性及热情起到很好的激发作用,从而有效提高学生的学习效果和老师对教学的质量的提高。
Objective: To study the application of clinical case introduction method in medical nursing teaching. Methods: In this study, we selected 128 students of nursing major in 2011 and 2012, of which 62 were in the control group and 66 in the other class as the observation group. The students in the control group accepted the traditional teaching methods, and the observation group received the case-in-teaching method. Then, the differences between the two groups in the questionnaire and the curriculum examination were compared. The data obtained were processed and analyzed by software SPSS11.5. Results: After the case-based teaching method was introduced in the observation group, the performance and test scores of the students in the classroom were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Introducing the teaching methods of clinical cases into teaching can greatly stimulate students’ initiative and enthusiasm for learning, so as to effectively improve students’ learning outcomes and teachers’ quality of teaching.
