适合我国国情的绿色校园评价体系研究与应用分析

我国中小学校园建筑量大面广,有必要研究专门针对中小学校园建筑的绿色建筑评价体系,从而有效指导和规范环保、节能、舒适的绿色校园建设。为证实新近研究的绿色校园评价体系的实际应用效果,本文利用我国现行的《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378-2006)和新近研究的绿色校园评价体系,对一灾后重建中学校园进行了评价,从控制项设置、指标体系分级、条文适应性、评价结果等方面对2种评价体系进行了比较。分析表明,对于我国中小学校园的绿色建筑评价,新的绿色校园评价体系比现行的《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378-2006)更具针对性、条文设置更加明晰完整、条文内容更加契合我国国情,具备更好的适应性和可操作性。在此基础上,对建立我国的绿色校园评价体系提出了进一步的研究建议。 The construction of primary and secondary schools in our country is very large. It is necessary to study the green building evaluation system that is designed specifically for primary and secondary school buildings so as to effectively guide and regulate the construction of a green campus that is environmentally friendly, energy-saving and comfortable. In order to verify the practical application effect of the newly-evaluated green campus evaluation system, this paper makes use of the current “Green Building Evaluation Criteria” (GB / T 50378-2006) and the newly-studied green campus evaluation system to rebuild the secondary school after a disaster The two evaluation systems were compared from the aspects of setting control items, index system classification, provisions adaptability and evaluation results. The analysis shows that for the evaluation of green buildings in primary and secondary schools in our country, the new green campus evaluation system is more specific than the current “Green Building Evaluation Criteria” (GB / T 50378-2006), the provisions are more clear and complete, and the content is more In line with China’s national conditions, with better adaptability and maneuverability. On this basis, further suggestions are put forward to establish a green campus evaluation system in our country.
