目的了解邵武市托幼机构卫生消毒质量状况,以便加强消毒隔离工作。方法采用现场采样和细菌学检验方法 ,对本市54所托幼机构卫生消毒质量进行了监测。结果所调查的54所托幼机构共采样3 817份,平均合格率77.55%。2007-2009年各年度平均合格率依次分别为72.91%、77.02%和83.33%。4所公立托幼机构卫生消毒质量平均总合格率为85.16%,18所入托儿童人数在100人以上的私立托幼机构卫生质量平均合格率为84.51%,32所入托儿童数在100人以下的私立托幼机构卫生质量平均合格率为72.68%。结论该地区托幼机构卫生质量呈逐年上升趋势,但幼儿餐饮具卫生合格率较低,应当限期改进。
Objective To understand the hygiene and disinfection quality of nurseries in Shaowu City in order to strengthen the disinfection and isolation work. Methods The methods of on-site sampling and bacteriological examination were used to monitor the hygiene disinfection quality of 54 institutions in our city. Results A total of 3817 samples were surveyed by 54 kindergartens with an average passing rate of 77.55%. From 2007 to 2009, the average passing rate of each year was 72.91%, 77.02% and 83.33% respectively. The average qualification rate of hygiene disinfection in 4 public nurseries was 85.16%, that of private nurseries in 18 nurseries above 100 was 84.51%, and that of 32 children under 100 The average health pass rate of private nurseries was 72.68%. Conclusion The health care quality of kindergartens and nurses in this area has been increasing year by year. However, the rate of hygienic eating and drinking appliances for infants is relatively low and should be improved within a time limit.
