浙江北部的多数城市和乡镇都地处或靠近山地丘陵地带,且现存“平原资源”开发趋于饱和状态,政府和设计师逐渐把目光转移到如何合理、有效、可持续地维护“山地丘陵”的自然景观、建筑风貌和艺术文脉。本文从理论层面进行探索,整合社会学、城市规划学、建筑学、人居环境科学等多种方法,依托三维GIS新技术,建立符合浙北山地特征的“城镇——乡镇——村镇”分层规划和设计模型,为城市郊区和农村的规划与建筑设计提供科学可靠的辅助手段。
Most cities and towns in the north of Zhejiang are located in or near mountainous areas, and existing “plain resources” are becoming saturated. The government and designers have gradually shifted their attention to how to maintain a reasonable, effective and sustainable “ Mountainous hills ”natural landscape, architectural style and artistic context. This paper explores from the theoretical level and integrates many methods such as sociology, urban planning, architecture, human settlements environment science and so on. Based on the new three-dimensional GIS technology, "Hierarchical planning and design models provide scientific and reliable aids for the planning and architectural design of suburban and rural areas.
