目的探讨语言治疗脑性瘫痪合并语言障碍患儿的效果。方法将78例脑瘫合并语言障碍患儿,采用CRRC版法语迟检查表进行评价及构音障碍评价,智力测评采用标准化婴幼儿智能发育量表(CCDC)进行评定,排除重度和极重度智力低下患儿,随机分为两组,观察组患儿在其他综合治疗基础上进行语言治疗。3个月为1个疗程,疗程结束后观察语言康复治疗效果。结果观察组效果明显好于对照组,P<0.05。结论对患儿进行个体化的语言治疗,可以改善患儿的交流态度,提高其主动交流意识,提高理解认知能力,促进语言发育,开发智力,提高生存质量。
Objective To explore the effect of language therapy on children with cerebral palsy and language disorder. Methods 78 children with cerebral palsy complicated with language dysfunction were evaluated with CRRC version French late checklist and evaluation of dysarthria. The mental evaluation was assessed by CCDC, excluding severe and severe Mental retardation in children, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of children on the basis of other comprehensive treatment of language therapy. 3 months for a course of treatment, after the end of treatment to observe the effect of language rehabilitation. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion Individualized language therapy can improve children’s communicative attitude, improve their active communication awareness, improve their cognitive abilities, promote language development, develop intelligence and improve their quality of life.
