目的对上海市黄浦区地下车库骚扰库蚊在冬春季节的侵害状况进行调查和分析。方法 2013年12月至2014年6月选取黄浦区不同生境、不同车库类型,采集蚊幼虫并实验室饲养,制作雄性尾器玻片后鉴定分类。结果上海市中心城区冬春季节地下车库环境的骚扰库蚊构成比高达90.48%,部分车库骚扰库蚊达100%;随着季节更替,骚扰库蚊构成比呈明显下降趋势(从100%下降至67.11%);车库D骚扰库蚊构成比高于其他3个车库(χ2=24.579、17.053、16.025;P<0.01);4个车库的雄蚊阳茎DV/D值为0.054~0.192,差异有统计学意义(χ2=-0.002、-0.021、0.004、-0.027;F=19.586,P<0.05)。结论上海市黄浦区地下车库密集,骚扰库蚊侵害现象明显,需引起相关部门重视。
Objective To investigate and analyze the infringement situation of Culex pipiens pallens in underground garage in Shanghai Huangpu District in winter and spring. Methods From December 2013 to June 2014, different habitats and different types of garages in Huangpu District were collected, mosquito larvae were collected and kept in laboratory, and the male tail slides were made and identified. Results The proportion of Culex pipiens pallens in underground garage in downtown Shanghai was 90.48% and 100% in some garages. With the seasonal change, the proportion of Culex pipiens pallens decreased significantly (from 100% to 67.11%). The composition ratio of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus in garage G was higher than that of the other three garages (χ2 = 24.579,17.053,16.025; P <0.01). The DV / D of the male mosquitoes in the four garages was 0.054-0.19 2, Statistical significance (χ2 = -0.002, -0.021, 0.004, -0.027; F = 19.586, P <0.05). Conclusion The underground garage in Huangpu District of Shanghai is dense and the disturbance of Culex pipiensis is obvious, which needs the attention of relevant departments.
