目的:探讨高频超声及彩色多普勒对乳腺肿块定性诊断的价值。方法:利用高频二维超声对365例乳腺肿块患者进行检查,观察肿块的部位、大小、形态、边界、纵横比、内部回声、后方回声、有无微小钙化及腋下淋巴结肿大等,结合彩色多普勒血流显像及阻力指数(RI)最大峰值流速(Vmax)观察乳腺肿块的特征。结果:365例乳腺癌均经手术及病理证实,超声诊断提示恶性肿瘤339例,诊断符合率92.88%,误诊26例占17.22%。结论:高频二维超声结合彩色多普勒血流显像对乳腺癌具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound and color Doppler in the qualitative diagnosis of breast lumps. Methods: 365 patients with breast mass were examined by high frequency two-dimensional ultrasound. The location, size, shape, boundary, aspect ratio, internal echo, posterior echo, presence of microcalcification and axillary lymph node enlargement were observed. Color Doppler flow imaging and resistance index (RI) maximum peak velocity (Vmax) to observe the characteristics of breast lumps. Results: 365 cases of breast cancer were confirmed by operation and pathology. Ultrasound diagnosis showed 339 cases of malignant tumors, the coincidence rate was 92.88%, 26 cases were misdiagnosed as 17.22%. Conclusion: High-frequency two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler flow imaging has high diagnostic value for breast cancer.
