2014年以来,江苏省淮安市总工会坚持以满足职工多元化服务需求为出发点,通过承接政府转移项目和向社会组织购买服务项目等方式,积极探索工会服务新领域,为职工群众提供更多优质服务。一年来已累计投入资金230多万元,承接政府项目2个,购买社会服务项目20多个,惠及职工群众40多万人。一、主动承接政府项目,拓展工会服务领域随着改革全面深化、政府职能转变的不断深入,以及政府部门简政放权的全面推进,原有大量的服务项目将从政府手中转移到社会,转而由社会组织承接,这对于职工群众组织的工会来说,无疑是重大的机遇。一是申请服务项目。2014年,
